Experience in wedding dress cleaning or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Wedding Gown Care Technician

Help inspect, prepare, and care for wedding gowns while following established garment-care procedures and paying close attention to delicate construction and problem areas.

• Garment-care experience is helpful but not required for every candidate

Gown Finishing Assistant

Assist with the careful finishing and preparation of wedding gowns, including layered skirts, trains, sleeves, and other detailed areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle garments carefully
• Comfort standing and working with large dresses
• Sewing or apparel experience is a plus

Customer Care Coordinator

Help customers explain what their gowns need, document important details, coordinate service information, and keep communication clear from intake through completion.

• Previous textile or garment experience is welcome but not essential
